Chicken Salad Sandwiches
- 3 each chicken breasts
- 3 stick celery
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp dill seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 tbsp mayo
- Pre-heat oven to 375F.
- defrost chicken breasts and season with olive oil, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- bake chicken for 30 minutes and turn every 10 minutes.
- let the chicken cool and cube into small pieces.
- chop up celery and place in a bowl.
- add in cooled chicken.
- add in lemon juice, dill, and Mayo.
- mix until incorporated.
- let it set in refrigerator to set and serve in your favorite bread.
