Spiced Apple Tart

  1. Bring first 4 ingredients to boil in medium saucepan on medium heat; cook 5 min.
  2. or until apples are tender, stirring occasionally.
  3. Mix cornstarch and water; stir into apple mixture.
  4. Return to boil; cook 1 min., stirring constantly.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Add dry gelatin mix; stir until completely dissolved.
  7. Pour into crust.
  8. Refrigerate several hours or until firm.
