Fruit Cocktail Glazed Salad
- 2 apples, diced
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can fruit cocktail in light syrup, drained with juice reserved
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained with juice reserved
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 12 cup water
- Combine all fruit together in a large bowl.
- Combine reserved juices, cornstarch, and water in a small saucepan.
- Over med-high heat bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
- Let boil 1 minute.
- Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
- Pour over fruit, mix well.
- Refrigerate 2 hours or until cold.
- Enjoy!
