Orange Cranberry Relish!

  1. Combine water, sugar and cranberries to medium size sauce pan
  2. Zest the tangerines gently with a greater only those that none of the white.
  3. Add to the pot
  4. Grate the nutmeg add it and the cinnamon sticks
  5. Squeeze the the juice from the nectarine add that plus zest to your pot.
  6. Cut up candy ginger in very small pieces.
  7. Add to pot.
  8. Bring pot to a boil.
  9. Then turn down to a simmer.
  10. Let simmer for 15 mins.
  11. Let cool completely.
  12. Refrigerate overnight for best flavor.
  13. Enjoy with turkey, baked chicken sandwiches and more.
