Venison Swiss Steak Recipe
- 2 pound venison round steak
- Flour
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 tbsp. veg. oil
- 1 c. celery, diced
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 1 c. tomato juice
- 1 onion, diced
- Cut meat into serving pcs.
- Season each with salt and pepper and dredge with flour.
- Heat pressure cooker, add in oil, then sear meat golden on both sides.
- Add in remaining ingredients, then close cover securely.
- Place regulator on vent pipe and cook for 15 min.
- Let pressure drop naturally.
