Italian Steak
- 3/4 cup salad dressing, italian
- 2 1/2 pound beef, sirloin steak boneless
- In shallow dish, pour 1/2 cup dressing over steak.
- Cover and marinate in refrigerator, turning occasionally for 24 hours.
- Remove steak from marinade.
- Grill or broil, turning and brushing frequently with remaining dressing until done.
