Smoked Pork With Kraut Recipe

  1. Place flour in 14 x 20 cooking bag.
  2. Shake to coat inside.
  3. Place pork in bag.
  4. Close with twist tie.
  5. Place bag in 9 x 13 baking pan.
  6. Puncture 6 small slits in top of bag.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hrs.
  8. Remove from oven.
  9. Open bag.
  10. Combine remaining ingredients; mix well.
  11. Spoon over and around pork.
  12. Retie bag.
  13. Bake for 40 min longer.
