Sweet N Spicy 'Lil Smokie Bites
- 10 fresh jalapenos cut in half, seeded
- 10 slice uncooked bacon
- 1 packages beef little smokies
- 1 packages cream cheese, soft
- 1/4 cup raspberry sauce, dressing
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp siracha
- Wash jalapenos and slice in half take out seeds and membrane.
- Spoon in some cream cheese into each jalapenos and talk with a little smokies link.
- Wrap each one with a piece of bacon and place on a baking sheet.
- Use a sheet that can drain the fat from the bacon.
- In a small bowl add your honey raspberry sauce, I use raspberry vinaigrette and sriracha.
- Bake poppers on 400F for 10 minutes.
- Pull out of oven and add your sauce to each popper.
- replace poppers in oven for an additional 10 to 15 minutes.
- Cook until jalapenos are soft and bacon is done.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
