Sweet N Spicy 'Lil Smokie Bites

  1. Wash jalapenos and slice in half take out seeds and membrane.
  2. Spoon in some cream cheese into each jalapenos and talk with a little smokies link.
  3. Wrap each one with a piece of bacon and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Use a sheet that can drain the fat from the bacon.
  5. In a small bowl add your honey raspberry sauce, I use raspberry vinaigrette and sriracha.
  6. Bake poppers on 400F for 10 minutes.
  7. Pull out of oven and add your sauce to each popper.
  8. replace poppers in oven for an additional 10 to 15 minutes.
  9. Cook until jalapenos are soft and bacon is done.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy!
