Smoked Sausage Jambalaya Recipe

  1. Cook sausage till browned; remove sausage and throw away drippings.
  2. Add in beef, peppers, onions and garlic to pan; brown.
  3. Drain.
  4. Add in tomatoes, salt, pepper and sausage.
  5. Cover, simmer 20 min.
  6. Add in rice and water to meat mix.
  7. Cover and cook 25 min or possibly till rice is tender.
