Broccoli casserole
- 2 bags frozen broccoli
- 2 cans either cream of mushroom or cream of celery (i used one of each)
- 2 cans cheddar soup
- 3 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or swiss or whatever kind)
- 2 bags croutons
- 1 stick butter (I used 2)
- Mix broccoli and all of the soups together in a pot and cook.
- Mix in one bag of croutons halfway through (before broccoli gets too soft)
- Melt butter in a pot, once soft enough add other bag of croutons to create a spread
- Put broccoli mixture into baking dish, preheat oven to 350-375F.
- Spread crouton and butter mixture on top and bake for about 30 minutes or till it starts to bubble
