Lowfat Chocolate-Yogurt Cheesecake

  1. Preheat oven to 325.
  2. In a food processor process graham crackers, hazlenuts and cinnamon into coarse crumbs.
  3. add canola oil and pulse two times.
  4. press into bottom of a pie pan.
  5. Place egg whites in a large bowl and with an electric mixer,, mix until fluffy and cling to the bowl when tilted.
  6. In a another large bowl, whisk yogurt, sour cream, cocoa, brown sugar, carrot and vanilla.
  7. fold in egg whites in three batches.
  8. pour batter over crust.
  9. Bake 35-40 minutes.
  10. chill before serving.
