Lemonade Dressing for Fresh Fruit

• 2 eggs
• 3 tablespoons sugar
• 1 (6 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
• 1 cup heavy cream, whipped

1. Beat egg until lemon colored.
2. Stir in sugar and lemonade concentrate.
3. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
4. Cool completely.
5. Fold in whipped cream.
6. Chill.
7. Serve with fresh fruits.
