Church Staff's Snack

  1. Coat a large baking sheet with non-stick spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine toasted rice cereal, peanut butter flavored corn and oat cereal, marshmallow and pecans.
  3. Place chopped chocolate in a medium size bowl.
  4. Microwave on HIGH for about 3 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  5. Stir until smooth.
  6. Pour melted chocolate over cereal mixture and stir until coated.
  7. Spread mixture onto prepared baking sheet.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until firm.
  9. Cut into 24 squares.
