Pork Stir Fry With Linguini Recipe

  1. Partially freeze the pork.
  2. Thinly slice pork into bite size pcs.
  3. Cook linguini in boiling salted water for 8 to 10 min, till tender.
  4. Preheat wok; add in veg.
  5. oil.
  6. Stir fry garlic for 30 seconds.
  7. Add in pea pods.
  8. Stir-fry 2 min.
  9. Remove pea pods and garlic.
  10. Add in more oil if necessary.
  11. Add in pork to wok.
  12. Stir-fry 3 to 4 min.
  13. Remove from wok.
  14. In the wok, heat lowfat milk, basil and nutmeg.
  15. Add in the cheese; cook and stir just till the cheese melts.
  16. Stir pea pods, pork and mushrooms into the cheese mix.
  17. Heat through.
  18. Remove from heat.
  19. Add in linguini; toss to heat through.
