Peshawari Sabzi
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (French beans, carrots, green peas, potatoes), boiled
- 3 tbsp. fresh cream
- 3 tbsp. milk
- 2 tbsp. ghee
- Salt, to taste
- 2 onions
- 4 green chilies
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/2 oz. ginger
- 2 cardamoms
- Heat ghee and fry paste for 2 minutes.
- Add the vegetables, cream, milk and salt and cook for a few minutes.
- This delicacy can be served with piping hot parathas.
