Sweet leche plan (caramel custard)

  1. Separate the yolk from the egg white (only the yolks will be used)
  2. Place the yolk in the bowl and beat it using fork
  3. Add first the condense milk and stirr then add the evaporated milk
  4. In molding pan (llanera) put brown sugar in small amount then caramelized it on top of the stove (low heat)
  5. Spread the caramelized sugar evenly on the pan and wait till it dries
  6. Pour the mixture in the molding pan with dries sugar
  7. Cover the pan with aluminum foil
  8. Steam it for 30 to 35 minutes make sure the mixture is already solid
  9. Refrigerate and serve for desert ;)
