Sweet leche plan (caramel custard)
- 10 large eggs
- 1 can condensed milk (alaska)
- 1 cup fresh milk or evaporated milk
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 4 small molding pan or (LLanera) or baking pan
- 1 box aluminum foil
- Separate the yolk from the egg white (only the yolks will be used)
- Place the yolk in the bowl and beat it using fork
- Add first the condense milk and stirr then add the evaporated milk
- In molding pan (llanera) put brown sugar in small amount then caramelized it on top of the stove (low heat)
- Spread the caramelized sugar evenly on the pan and wait till it dries
- Pour the mixture in the molding pan with dries sugar
- Cover the pan with aluminum foil
- Steam it for 30 to 35 minutes make sure the mixture is already solid
- Refrigerate and serve for desert ;)
