Tim's Christmas Rice Crispy Treats
- 4 oz. chopped dark chocolate
- 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 4 tbsp. butter
- 1 pkg. marshmallows
- 6 cups rice crispy cereal
- Melt butter in large saucepan over low heat.
- Add marshmallows and chocolate and pumpkin pie spice stir until completely melted.
- Remove from heat.
- Add rice crispies cereal.
- Stir until well coated.
- Using a buttered spatula or waxed paper, press mixture evenly into 13x9x2-inch pan coated with cooking spray.
- Cut into 2-inch squares when cool.
- Serve with hot cocoa as a dip.
