Pear Sundaes

  1. In a saucepan, combine the brown sugar, butter and cinnamon.
  2. Cook and stir over medium heat for 5 minutes or until butter is melted.
  3. Drain pears, reserving 1/2 cup juice (you can discard the remaining juice).
  4. Add the pears and reserved juice to the saucepan.
  5. Cook 8-10 minutes or until heated through.
  6. Serve warm over ice cream.
