Peanut Butter Fondant Recipe

  1. Mix all ingredients till blended.
  2. Roll fondant between wax paper to 1/4 inch thickness.
  3. Spread with peanut butter.
  4. Roll the mix in a "jelly roll fashion."
  5. Wrap in plastic wrap.
  6. Chill 2 hrs.
  7. Cut into slices with serrated knife.
