Turkey Corn Casserole
- 3 c. cooked corkscrew pasta
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Jack cheese
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 (8 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 1/2 c. shredded turkey, cooked or strips
- 1/4 c. chopped green onion
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
- Spread cooked pasta in bottom of greased pan.
- Top with a thin layer of grated Jack cheese.
- In a medium bowl, combine soup, sour cream, chili powder, garlic powder, corn, onions and turkey.
- Stir to blend well.
- Spread evenly over the pasta and cheese layers.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes.
- Top with remaining cheese.
- Bake an additional 5 minutes.
- If you wish, top with chopped tomatoes, chopped olives or green onion.
