Creamed Eggs With Ham Recipe

  1. Heat butter in 2 qt saucepan over low heat till melted.
  2. Stir in flour, mustard, salt and pepper.
  3. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly.
  4. Boil and stir 1 minute.
  5. Gently stir in ham and Large eggs.
  6. Heat through.
  7. Yield 5 servings.
