Creamed Eggs With Ham Recipe
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 3 tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. fully cooked smoked ham, diced
- 4 hard-cooked Large eggs, each cut into fourths
- Heat butter in 2 qt saucepan over low heat till melted.
- Stir in flour, mustard, salt and pepper.
- Cook over low heat, stirring constantly.
- Boil and stir 1 minute.
- Gently stir in ham and Large eggs.
- Heat through.
- Yield 5 servings.
