Mocha Cooler

  1. Dissolve instant coffee in hot boiling water.
  2. Add the liquid coffee and remaining ingredients to a blender.
  3. Cover and blend at high speed until smooth.
  4. Serve immediately.
  5. Makes (12 ounces) 1 1/2 cups.
  6. Note: Want a coffee milk shake,
  7. add more vanilla ice cream to thicken it up.
