Vegie Beef Stir-Fry

  1. Brown steak strips in a frying pan, set aside when browned.
  2. Stir-fry the onion and carrot and cauliflower for about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the brocolli and capsicums, stir-fry for a couple of minutes and add all of the canned ingredients.
  4. Stir-fry for a few more minutes and re-add the steak, add the sauce/honey/garlic and stir until well combined.
  5. Put the lid on the frying pan, and let simmer.
  6. After 10minutes, turn off the frying pan, give it a good stir, and let sit for an extra 15minutes to cool and to seep in a bit more flavour.
  7. Serve over rice.
