Bean Sprouts Only Bean Sprouts with Garlic Ginger Ponzu Sauce

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan and stir-fry the bean sprouts.
  2. When the bean sprouts are cooked, add the grated garlic and ginger, plus the ponzu sauce.
  3. Done!
  4. Variation: Add any of the following: watercress, chikuwa, carrot, Chinese chives, bell pepper, wiener sausages.
