Bean Sprouts Only Bean Sprouts with Garlic Ginger Ponzu Sauce
- 1 bag Bean sprouts
- 4 tbsp Ponzu
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 to 1 1/2 teaspoons Ginger
- 1 dash Olive oil
- Heat olive oil in a pan and stir-fry the bean sprouts.
- When the bean sprouts are cooked, add the grated garlic and ginger, plus the ponzu sauce.
- Done!
- Variation: Add any of the following: watercress, chikuwa, carrot, Chinese chives, bell pepper, wiener sausages.
