Lime Sherbert Twist
- 1 cup milk
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 13 cup lime juice
- 2 14 ounces tequila
- 1 lime, zest from
- 1 dash seltzer water
- Warm the milk and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
- Let the mixture cool completely, and add the lime juice, zest, and 1 1/2 oz.
- of tequila.
- Freeze the mixture.
- Once it's solid, pour remaining tequila over the frozen mix, and stir.
- Pour into a glass, and top with seltzer.
