Lime Sherbert Twist

  1. Warm the milk and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
  2. Let the mixture cool completely, and add the lime juice, zest, and 1 1/2 oz.
  3. of tequila.
  4. Freeze the mixture.
  5. Once it's solid, pour remaining tequila over the frozen mix, and stir.
  6. Pour into a glass, and top with seltzer.
