Tangy Sloppy Joes
- 1 pound Ground Chuck
- 2 cups Ketchup
- 1- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar, Packed
- 1/2 cups Chopped Onion
- 1 whole Green Pepper, Sliced
- 1 whole Yellow Pepper, Sliced
- 1 teaspoon Liquid Smoke
- 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder

- In a large skillet cook the ground chuck on medium heat, then drain grease, remove from heat and set aside.

- In a medium saucepan, mix in the remaining ingredients and cook over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved and well combined.
- 3.
- Return the meat to the skillet and pour in the sauce, let this simmer until the sauce is well soaked into the meat.
- 4.
- Serve these on a sesame seed bun.
