Sausage, Egg and Cheese-Stuffed Baguette

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Cut 1/4-inch-thick horizontal slice off top of baguette; set aside.
  3. Hollow out bottom half of baguette, leaving 1/2-inch-thick shell.
  4. Cut enough of the reserved baguette top into 3/4-inch cubes to measure 1/2 cup.
  5. Reserve remaining bread top and removed bread for another use.
  6. Whisk eggs in medium bowl until blended.
  7. Add bread cubes; stir until evenly coated.
  8. Place hollowed-out bread on parchment-covered baking sheet; fill with sausage, then egg mixture.
  9. Bake 35 min.
  10. or until egg mixture is set, topping with Kraft Singles pieces for the last 5 min.
  11. Sprinkle with parsley.
