pork ribs and vegetables
- 2 lb pork ribs sliced.cubes
- 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp gralic powder
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp paprika powder
- 1 tbsp red wine vingar
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 8 small onions the boiling onions
- 1 1/4 lb butter potatoes about 8
- 8 small carrots
- 2 celery cut in 1 1/2 inch pieces
- 1 packages mccormick brown gravy
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup green onion chopped
- bake in oven at 400F, cut the rib sliced in to cubes, place in 9x13 baking dish, fat skin down.
- mix the seasoning 2-8, including the water and pour over meat.
- bake for about 40 minutes.
- then add vegetables mix into meat.
- drizzle juice from meat over the veggies, bake until vegetables are almost tender, around 20 minutes, mix water and pack of gravy, pour over dish , bake for 10 minutes or longer if you need making sure carrots and potatoes are tender.
- take out of oven and let set about 5 minutes ready to serve.
