ANGINETTI Cannolis

  1. Mix ricotta cheese, sugar and vanilla in medium bowl until well blended.
  2. Stir in chocolate chips.
  3. Spoon 1 Tbsp.
  4. of the cheese mixture into small indentation on bottom of each cookie.
  5. Serve immediately.
  6. Or, cover and refrigerate up to 2 hours.
