Tuna and Potato Pizza Toast
- 2 slice Sliced bread
- 1 small Potato
- 1 small can Canned tuna
- 1 tbsp plus Mayonnaise
- 1 Tomato ketchup
- 1 Melting type cheese
- 1 Black pepper
- Wash the potato, wrap in plastic wrap and microwave until tender (about 4 minutes at 500 W).
- Peel the potato (be careful since it's hot) and mash up lightly.
- Add the drained canned tuna to the mashed potato, and mix in 1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons of mayonnaise.
- Spread some ketchup on the bread.
- Spread the potato-tuna mixture on top, sprinkle on the melting cheese, and squeeze on some mayonnaise to taste.
- Bake in an oven until browned.
- Sprinkle with some black pepper to taste!
