Lazy Garlicky Lemony Asparagus-Y
- 2 lbs asparagus, rough ends snapped off
- 8 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 12 lemon, juiced
- 14 teaspoon lemon zest, organic
- 2 sprigs lavender flowers, organic
- 12 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 12 teaspoon sea salt
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Take heavy duty aluminum foil and lay the asparagus on it.
- Add all the other ingredients on top.
- Wrap the foil up and around the asparagus sealing it inches Place it in a casserole dish.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes.
