Very Low Calorie/Low Carb Orange Sorbet

  1. Heat erythritol and water until dissolved.
  2. Add extract and psyllium husks.
  3. Add yellow and red food coloring to get desired color.
  4. Place in blender and blend for 1-2 minutes on medium speed.
  5. Cool in refrigerator.
  6. Add stevia and vodka (optional) and stir to mix.
  7. Freeze in ice cream machine.
