Pineapple Nut Fluff Recipe

  1. Beat egg whites till fluffy; gradually add in sugar.
  2. Stir in crackers and nuts.
  3. Butter a 9 x 13 inch pan.
  4. Pour into pan but Don't PRESS; just spread it around.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min.
  6. Let cold.
  7. Blend Dream Whip, Philadelphia cream cheese, and crushed pineapple (liquid removed).
  8. Spread over Ritz crust.
  9. Sprinkle with nuts or possibly cherries; let cold in refrigerator overnight.
