Grilled Steak Fries with Spicy Blue Cheese Dipping Sauce

  1. Heat grill to medium heat.
  2. Prick potatoes in several places with fork or sharp knife.
  3. Microwave on HIGH 5 min.
  4. Cool 5 min.
  5. Cut each potato lengthwise in half, then cut each piece into 4 lengthwise wedges.
  6. Brush evenly with 2 Tbsp.
  7. Italian dressing.
  8. Grill 3 to 4 min.
  9. on each side or until tender, brushing occasionally with remaining Italian dressing.
  10. Mix remaining ingredients.
  11. Serve with potatoes.
