Southwestern Chicken-Onion Kaiser Sandwich
- 12 each boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1-1/2 cups Kraft Mayo Real Mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup Kraft BarBQ Sauce
- 3/4 cup Kraft Sweet Onion Vinaigrette Dressing
- 12 each kaiser rolls, split, toasted
- 36 slices tomatoes, sliced King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 12 slices Kraft Monterey Jack Cheese Slices
- 1 qt. iceberg lettuce, shredded
- Grill chicken on medium-high heat 4 to 5 min.
- on each side or until done (170 degrees F).
- Cool.
- Meanwhile, mix mayonnaise, barbecue sauce and dressing.
- For each serving: Spread cut sides of roll with 1/4 cup (60 mL) of the mayonnaise mixture.
- Slice 1 chicken breast; place on bottom half of roll.
- Top with 3 tomato slices and 1/3 cup (1/2 oz.
- 15 g) lettuce.
- Place top half of roll, cut-side up, on rack of broiler pan; top with 1 cheese slice.
- Broil until cheese is melted.
- Place, cheese-side down, over sandwich.
- Serve immediately.
