Apricot Pecan Loaf Recipe
- 2 c. Flour
- 1 1/4 c. Sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Soda
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 x Egg
- 2 Tbsp. Veg. oil
- 3/4 c. Apricot nectar
- 2 c. Dry apricots, minced
- 1/2 c. Pecans, minced
- Apricot-Pecan Loaf
- Sift together flour, sugar, baking pwdr, soda, & salt.
- Add in egg, oil, & apricot nectar & blend well.
- Add in apricots & pecans.
- Put into greased loaf pan & bake at 325 degrees for about 1 hour.
- Cold & slice.
- 10 servings.
