Blackberry Sauce Recipe
- 10 ounce Blackberries, Frzn
- 1 1/2 tsp Cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Cool Water
- Thaw frzn berries; press through sieve.
- Mix cornstarch and sugar with 1 Tablespoons cool water; add in 1 C Blackberry juice.
- Cook, stirring constantly, till sauce is smooth and thickened.
- Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes longer.
- Chill.
- Makes 1 C sauce.
- You can use this over the top of a cake, ice cream, pancakes or possibly waffles.
