Blackberry Sauce Recipe

  1. Thaw frzn berries; press through sieve.
  2. Mix cornstarch and sugar with 1 Tablespoons cool water; add in 1 C Blackberry juice.
  3. Cook, stirring constantly, till sauce is smooth and thickened.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes longer.
  5. Chill.
  6. Makes 1 C sauce.
  7. You can use this over the top of a cake, ice cream, pancakes or possibly waffles.
