Langose
- 250 g wheat flour
- 100 g yeast
- 200 g yellow cheese (preferably cheddar, american cheese or similar)
- 5 garlic cloves
- 200 ml milk
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon sugar
- 1 cup sunflower oil
- Prepare leaven from yeast,8 spoonfuls of milk,3 spoonfuls of flour and sugar.
- Leave it be for 15 minutes.
- Add the leftover flour, salt and milk.
- Form a ball of dough and leave it be for another 30 minutes in a wam place.
- Form four buns and let them sit for 15 minutes.
- Roll them flat.
- Mince the garlic, add some milk, put in the fridge.
- Fry the langose on both sides until you get warm gold colour.
- Pour the garlic milk on the langos, grate some cheese on it and serve immediately.
