Unbelievable Mexican Dip
- 2 lb. (32 oz.) VELVEETA, cut up
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 pkg. (1.25 oz.) taco seasoning mix
- 1 can (10 oz.) diced tomatoes and green chiles
- Soften VELVEETA in crock pot on high (start this while doing the other prep).
- Brown ground beef; drain.
- Add taco seasoning mix; prepare as directed on seasoning mix package.
- Mix seasoned meat with diced tomatoes and green chilies.
- Stir mixture into VELVEETA.
- Keep hot in crock pot and serve with your favorite chips.
- NOTE: Diced tomatoes and green chilies can be used either drained or undrained.
- If drained, your dip will be a little bit thicker.
