Unbelievable Mexican Dip

  1. Soften VELVEETA in crock pot on high (start this while doing the other prep).
  2. Brown ground beef; drain.
  3. Add taco seasoning mix; prepare as directed on seasoning mix package.
  4. Mix seasoned meat with diced tomatoes and green chilies.
  5. Stir mixture into VELVEETA.
  6. Keep hot in crock pot and serve with your favorite chips.
  7. NOTE: Diced tomatoes and green chilies can be used either drained or undrained.
  8. If drained, your dip will be a little bit thicker.
