Chicken Satay Omelette Recipe crt
- 3 Eggs per each omelette
- Tyson's Oven Roasted Diced Chicken Breasts (amounts to suit)
- Por Kwan Satay Sauce (amount to suit)
- Thinly sliced scallions, garnish (amounts to suit)
- Dice the already diced chicken into smaller pieces as to avoid tearing the omelette when folding...also dice your scallions and set both aside for adding to nearly finished omelette.
- Heat satay sauce for easy pouring.
- Prepare omelette and add diced chicken before folding.
- Fold and plate your omelette.
- Drizzle over top of omelette prefered amount of the heated satay sauce and garnish with sliced scallions.
