Mussels in Spicy Sauce

• 3 cups canned mussels, drained
• 3 (2 1/2 ounce) jars chopped pimiento, drained
• 6 tablespoons fat-free mayonnaise
• 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
• 1 tablespoon dry sherry
• 1 12 teaspoons lemon juice

1. Place mussels on a platter.
2. Combine remaining ingredients; serve with mussels.
