Campbell's Cheesy Chicken and Rice Casserole
- 1 can Campbell's Cream of Chicken Condensed Soup
- 1 1/3 cup water
- 3/4 cup uncooked rice
- 2 cup fresh or frozen vegetables
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 3 skinless, boneless chicken breast
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
- Stir the soup, water, rice, vegetables, and onion powder in a 12 x 8 in shallow baking dish.
- Top with chicken.
- Season chicken as desired.
- Cover.
- Bake at 375F for 45 minutes or until done.
- Top with cheese.
