Spinach Quiche-Gourmet

  1. Bake pie shell (prick all over with fork) in 350u0b0 oven until set but not brown.
  2. While pastry bakes, prepare spinach according to package directions.
  3. Empty into deep bowl; allow to cool slightly.
  4. Stir in onions, seasonings, eggs and cream.
  5. Pour into hot pie shell.
  6. Sprinkle bacon and cheese on top.
  7. Bake at 350u0b0 until knife comes out clean, 40 minutes.
  8. May be further browned under broiler a few minutes, if desired.
