Strawberry Salad Supreme
- 6 oz package strawberry jello
- 1 1/2 cup Boiling water
- 20 oz Frozen strawberries, undrained
- 13 1/2 oz Can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 8 oz Cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Sour cream
- Dissolve jello in boiling water.
- Add strawberries, pineapple, juice from both and salt.
- Pour jello mixture in 9 x 13 inch pan and refrigerate until set.
- Beat cream cheese into sour cream.
- Spread cheese mixture on top of molded jello after it is set.
- Refrigerate to completely set up.
