Southwest Tequila Marinade
- 1/3 cup Lime Juice
- 1/3 cup Olive Juice
- 1 small Jalapeno (chopped)
- 2 tbsp Tequila
- 2 clove Garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp Fresh Chopped Cilantro
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Store refrigerated in an airtight container.
- Marinate seafood for atleast 1 hour, poultry for arleast 2 hours, and other meats for atleast 4 hours.
- Yield: 1 1/4 cups.
- For marinating more than 5lbs double the recipe.
