Southwest Tequila Marinade

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  2. Store refrigerated in an airtight container.
  3. Marinate seafood for atleast 1 hour, poultry for arleast 2 hours, and other meats for atleast 4 hours.
  4. Yield: 1 1/4 cups.
  5. For marinating more than 5lbs double the recipe.
