Crunchy Herbed Chicken

  1. Melt butter in saucepan.
  2. Mix in seasonings.
  3. Add flour.
  4. Stir until thoroughly blended.
  5. Dip chicken in butter mixture.
  6. Roll in chex crumbs.
  7. Place chicken in shallow baking dish.
  8. Bake in 450F oven for 20 minutes.
  9. Do not turn.
  10. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
