Ted's Minted White Sangria Cocktail
- 1 bottle dry white wine
- 1/2 cup herb simple syrup, recipe follows
- 1/2 cup orange liqueur
- 1/2 lime, thinly sliced
- 1/2 lemon, thinly sliced
- 1 cup honeydew melon balls
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 sprigs each fresh mint and tarragon
- In a large pitcher, combine all ingredients.
- Serve immediately over ice, or let sit for several hours for flavors to meld before serving over ice.
- In a small saucepan, bring water and sugar to the boil over high heat.
- Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
- Add herbs and let steep until mixture is cool.
