Ted's Minted White Sangria Cocktail

  1. In a large pitcher, combine all ingredients.
  2. Serve immediately over ice, or let sit for several hours for flavors to meld before serving over ice.
  3. In a small saucepan, bring water and sugar to the boil over high heat.
  4. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
  5. Add herbs and let steep until mixture is cool.
