Mike's Fried Fish Recipe
- 1 pound fresh fish (perch, crappie, bluegill, etc.)
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 2 c. Hungry Jack potato flakes
- Garlic salt to taste
- Lemon pepper to taste
- Wash fish.
- Beat egg with lowfat milk and set aside.
- Place potato flakes in ziplock bag with garlic and lemon pepper then shake well.
- Dip fish in egg mix and drop in ziplock bag and shake to coat well.
- Deep fry and serve.
