Sour Cream Scalloped Potatoes Recipe

  1. In mixing bowl combine lowfat sour cream with half and half, cheese and seasonings.
  2. Toss with potatoes to coat.
  3. Put potatoes into a buttered 8 x 12 inch baking dish.
  4. Bake 20 to 30 min in preheated 400 degree oven till top is brown and potatoes are tender when pierced with a sharp knife.
  5. Remove from oven and set aside for 10 min before serving.
  6. Serves 4.
