Dijon-Crusted Fish
- 3/4 cup KRAFT Extra Heavy Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup GREY POUPON Classic Dijon Mustard
- 3 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 6 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided
- 1-1/2 cups RITZ Crackers, crushed, divided
- 12 each Flounder or other white fish fillets (4 oz. each)
- Mix mayonnaise, mustard, horseradish, lemon juice and 3 Tbsp.
- of the Parmesan cheese (or 2-1/4 tsp.
- for the trial recipe) in medium bowl until well blended.
- Stir in 3/4 cup of the cracker crumbs (or 2 Tbsp.
- for the trial recipe).
- Place fish fillets in greased or parchment-lined full sheet pan; spread evenly with mayonnaise mixture.
- Mix remaining Parmesan cheese and cracker crumbs; sprinkle over coated fillets.
- Bake at 350F for 10 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
- Serve immediately.
