Dijon-Crusted Fish

  1. Mix mayonnaise, mustard, horseradish, lemon juice and 3 Tbsp.
  2. of the Parmesan cheese (or 2-1/4 tsp.
  3. for the trial recipe) in medium bowl until well blended.
  4. Stir in 3/4 cup of the cracker crumbs (or 2 Tbsp.
  5. for the trial recipe).
  6. Place fish fillets in greased or parchment-lined full sheet pan; spread evenly with mayonnaise mixture.
  7. Mix remaining Parmesan cheese and cracker crumbs; sprinkle over coated fillets.
  8. Bake at 350F for 10 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  9. Serve immediately.
